Sound and Light Show on the Cathedral
Come and see the 2020 sound & light show on the Sainte-Croix Cathedral in Orleans all summer!
All summer long, from July 16 to September 17, from Tuesday to Saturday and on Saturday 26th September as part of the Joan of Arc Festival.
- At 10:30 pm: "Jeanne, la force de l'âme", show 2019 created by Light event consulting, artistic direction Franck MORIN
- At 11pm: "Nous sommes la Loire", new creation 2020 created by the Ecole des Gobelins de Paris and the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris
See the 2019 sound and light show ‘Joan of Arc, a mighty soul’ for the first time or experience it again.
Conviction, freedom, unity, timelessness and myth are some of the symbols evoked.
The sound and light proposed on the Holy Cross Cathedral was created as a poetic and surprising wander through the main values of Joan of Arc.
- A distance of at least one metre must be kept between each person.
- Columns of hydro-alcoholic gel will be made available to the spectators in Place Sainte-Croix and Rue Jeanne d'Arc.
